1. Job description
Rooftop PV construction phase management including Site setup, Structural Analysis, Procurement, Construction, T&C (Test and Commissioning) and COD.
• Planning and coordinating all aspects of rooftop construction projects, from start to finish.
• Conducting site inspections and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility.
• Developing project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence to them.
• Management procuring materials, equipment, and EPC Contactor necessary for construction.
• Management, training, and supervising construction staff, including EPC Contactor.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to
ensure the project meets specifications and deadlines.
• Managing project documentation, including permits, contracts, and
change orders.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, and implementing
adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring that work meets project
specifications and industry standards.
• Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status
and progress.
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the
satisfaction of the client.

Project management experience and +3years Rooftop Solar construction experience.

Strong communication abilities
Leadership experience
Priority subjects: Candidates with O&M experience; have relevant practice certificates
Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering
Applicants need to be fluent in both writing and speaking in English
Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other business applications is necessary.
