Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Apply for EPE bonded qualification, bonded filing, and control with the VN Customs.
2. Coordinate with local customs brokers, arrange import and export customs clearance in Vietnam, and handle clearance issues.
3. Responsible for customs reception, inspections, etc., and maintain customs relationships.
4. Handle other customs-related matters such as certificates of origin.
5. Coordinate with factories to arrange domestic and overseas shipments.
6. Assist in handling local transportation-related matters in Vietnam.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant customs experience.
2. Chinese proficiency is required besides native language, English proficiency is preferred.
3. Familiar with VN customs classification and local customs laws and regulations.
4. Proficient in import and export customs clearance operations, with relevant industry customs work experience.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.
6. Detail-oriented, able to handle pressure, good communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
