Job Description:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet or exceed the established quality standards in the factory.
- Develop and implement quality strategies, policies and procedures to meet goals and industry standards.
- Set quality objectives and targets and monitor their achievement.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components and finished products to ensure compliance
with specifications.
- Establish and maintain quality control systems including statistical process (SPC) and quality audits.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce scrap/costs and increase
productivity.
- Work closely with other departments to optimize processes and eliminate quality-related issues.
- Address customer complaints related to quality and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Gather customer feedback to drive quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for customer audit/visit.
- Assume other tasks assigned by plant manager.

2. JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferably with cable assembly knowledge.
- Experience in quality control of 5 years min and familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP,
PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma.
-  Excellent in English skill.
- Skilled in applicable tools and technical skills.
- Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, preferably a qualified internal auditor.
- Familiar with international standards such as UL, CSA, ASTM, DIN, JIS, CECC.
