1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Make annual production/sales plan according to medium and long-term development plan of the plant, combined with sales forecast of business department (marketing, business/customer service). Assist finance department to make annual budget according to annual production/sales plan (production plan, material purchase plan/forecast, equipment capacity plan, production manpower plan, etc.) ;
- Coordinate with business department (marketing, business/customer service) to make monthly production plan, supervise the implementation of the plan, and confirm the implementation progress regularly;
- Develop strategic material purchase plan according to company strategy and requirements, and supervise the plan implementation;
- Responsible for timely delivery and delivery on time rate report;
- Coordinate Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, HR, Finance and other departments to implement production schedule effectively to achieve the predetermined annual target.
- Responsible for the planning and management of warehouse, define and revise the warehouse management standards, coordinate the planning and purchasing department to manage the storage materials (raw materials, auxiliary materials, finished products), effectively reduce the inventory and improve the inventory turnover rate under the normal production schedule.
- Responsible for the planning and management of logistics department, define and revise logistics management standards, coordinate planning, purchasing, warehouse and other departments, effectively supervise the implementation of internal control plans, and coordinate logistics to external (customs, freight forwarding, etc.) related issues.
- Find the problems existing in the internal process of related departments of the planning, establish corresponding solutions, and continuously improve the relevant process.
RBA Duties:
- With rights and duties to understand RBA.
- Focus on RBA standard implement status in the factory, provide improvement suggestions and implement it.
- Ensure RBA strategy, goal and whole RBA requirements communicate with all staff in responsible area.
Cooperate with internal audit, provide improvement scheme, and regularly report improvement status.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above, with engineering and logistics background;
- More than 8 years’ working experience in planning, material control and logistics, 3-5 years’ working experience in management;
- Familiar with factory operation, familiar with supply chain operation management;
- Familiar with enterprise ERP management software and operation;
- Proficient English skill, and can communicate with foreigner directly by telephone.
