Job Description:
1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Administrative Management:
o Manage records and documents: Plan and coordinate daily administrative
activities, including record and document management, scheduling, and
company events.
o Support professional activities: Support activities related to environmental
and energy projects, including document preparation, coordination with
relevant departments, and ensuring project timelines.
o Manage facilities: Manage and maintain office facilities and equipment,
ensuring an efficient work environment.
o Ensure information security: Implement information security measures to
protect company assets.
 Human Resources Management:
o Recruitment and training: Participate in employee recruitment, training, and
evaluation processes, building a professional workforce.
o Develop company culture: Build and maintain a professional, dynamic work
environment that encourages employee development.
o Labor relations: Resolve employee-related issues and ensure harmonious
labor relations.
 External Relations:
o Represent the company: Represent the company at events, workshops, and
conferences.
o Manage external relationships: Manage external relationships, especially
with government agencies, partners, and customers in the environment and
energy sector.
 Finance and Administration:
o Financial management: Control the accounting department in budget
management, cost tracking, and ensuring compliance with financial
regulations. Working with Head Quarter for financial matter.
o Compliance monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal,
environmental, and occupational safety regulations.

 Other tasks:
o Perform other tasks as assigned by the executive team.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Technical skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project
management software, and office productivity tools.
 Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment,
technology, and market.
 Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Preference for candidates with
additional Korean language skills.

 Professional knowledge: Strategic vision for the energy and environmental market.
Understanding of industry trends and government policies. Ability to develop and
implement long-term investment strategies.
 Education: University degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
 Experience:
o At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
 Skills:
o Communication skills: Effective communication skills both written and
verbal.
o Organizational skills: Ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage time
effectively.
o Leadership skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of employees.
o Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and find

 Knowledge:
o Ability to research and provide information on environmental, energy, and tax
regulations as needed to support other departments in the company.
o Knowledge of administrative, human resources, and financial management
processes.
